Phone Pricing

OamiiCRM phone fees are primarily usage-based and separate from monthly subscription plans. Our LeadConnector (LC) Phone system is linked to Twilio. We don’t charge any addon fees to our phone system; we only simplify the process of connecting with Twilio for our clients.

Phone Number Subscription Fees:

Monthly rental costs for virtual numbers in the US/Canada:

Local Numbers: $1.15 per month.

Toll-Free Numbers: $2.15 per month.

Voice Call Rates (US/Canada):

Charges are calculated per minute and vary based on the call direction: 

Outbound Calls: $0.014 per minute.

Inbound Calls: $0.0085 per minute.

Forwarded Calls: If a call is forwarded to a personal mobile number, you are charged for the inbound leg ($0.0085) plus the outbound leg ($0.014) to reach your phone. 

Messaging (SMS/MMS) Rates:

Messaging is billed per "segment" (standard 160-character block):

Outbound SMS: $0.0079 per segment.

Inbound SMS: $0.0079 per segment.

MMS (Picture Messages): $0.0200 per segment (outbound) and $0.0100–$0.0200 (inbound).

Carrier Fees: Major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) apply additional surcharges of roughly $0.003 to $0.005 per message.

Compliance and Registration Fees (A2P 10DLC):

To send business texts in the US, you must register your brand. 


One-Time Registration: Varies by business type, typically between $23.95 and $71.91.


Monthly Campaign Fees: Usually $2.00 to $12.00 per month to keep your messaging campaign active. 

Optional Add-On Services

Call Recording: $0.0025 per minute.


Call Transcription: $0.024 per minute.


Answering Machine Detection: $0.0075 per call.


WhatsApp: $10.00 per month per sub-account, plus usage-based conversation fees.
